TO APPLY:  Students must complete and submit the following documents to Ssimmons@ExperienceCLE.com in order to be considered for this unique travel opportunity:

• Student Application Form
• Student Agreement Form
• Staff Recommendation Form (Students must seek out a CLE staff member and request their recommendation. Staff will then submit the completed form.)

The application deadline is January 14, 2011.  Spaces will be assigned on a first come/ first serve basis for qualifying students. This opportunity is only available to current and former CLE students who continue to make progress in their academic, social and independent living skills.
