When I saw a chance to work in a supportive environment with these students, I jumped at the chance.

I am particularly drawn to the idea of teaching students that might have been frustrated in a regular school setting how to be successful.

I have come to appreciate the unique gifts and challenges each of us experience, which has deepened my commitment to working toward positive change.
