Participant may elect to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to CLE, and such termination will be effective 30 days after such written notice is provided.  TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION BEFORE OR WITHIN THE FIRST 90 DAYS OF THE CONTRACT PERIOD WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND OF THE FIRST PAYMENT. If this Agreement is terminated by Participant, prepaid tuition will be refunded in accordance with the provisions set forth in Schedule 1 Financial Terms of student contract.  CLE may terminate this Agreement upon the breach of this Agreement by Participant or Sponsor, and in the event of termination for breach, prepaid tuition will be refunded in accordance with the provisions set forth in Schedule 1 Financial Terms of student contract.  CLE may also elect to terminate this Agreement for any reason, and in the event of such termination, CLE shall refund the pro rata portion of any prepaid tuition.

For refunds on any payments made with a credit card account, the refund will be credited back to the account from which payment was made.
