College Living Experience provides students with comprehensive academic support from the very beginning of the process. We assist with applying, enrolling and registering for classes. We help match students with classes and instructors with whom they’ll succeed.
Once enrolled in college, we provide professional, experienced tutors with expertise in the subjects they tutor. Students attend three 50-minute tutoring sessions per week for each subject in which they are enrolled, ensuring they are keeping up.
We also offer mandatory study hall. Students attend study hall 3-4 times per week. This is about accountability and alleviating any frustrations students may have.
Once a week, students participate in Course Review. This is a weekly checkpoint to be sure students are on task and engaged. A group of students is assigned to a learning generalist whose job is to make sure students are prepared for the week ahead.
In addition, CLE also offers assistance for high school completion. For students 18 and over, within striking distance of a diploma, we have an accredited high school option. Students move at their own pace to complete their high school studies then transition to college coursework. While completing high school, these students are fully integrated into the CLE experience.
